Hi all,

I hesitate between :

  • HP 14s 5164NIA ; i7-1255U ; RAM 16Gb ; Disk : 512
  • HP 440 G11 ; UMA U7-155U , RAM 16Gb ; Disk : 512

Below our conditions :

it's for our CEO, which expressly request 14". She needs it for office use, certainly, but intensive, multitasking, and high-volume computing. These both above are our local choice.

Could you please advice me based on you experience and expertise, which is better choice.

Regards.

Hello.

For "intensive multitasking and high-volume computing" I would not recommend either CPU models because both have only two performance cores. If the laptop must be 14" then I would recommend checking out Elitebook 840 G11 and Firefly G11 (or 11A) which have a selection of higher performing CPU's.

The 14s - a consumer laptop - has an earlier generation  CPU/GPU that doesn't perform as well as the newer 155U. You can attach only a single external display to the 14s natively, whereas the 440 G11 (and the Elitebooks/Zbooks) can be used with external docks to attach multiple displays.

Hello,

Unfortunately HP450 G11 & HP 14s 5164NIA are the only option we have in our country regarding on the emergency. That's why choice must be made between both.

Thank you for your answer.
