Hi everyone,
Latest bios update for Zbook 15 G2 (https://support.hp.com/soar-attachment/284/col64689-ob-229491-1-ob-229491-1_sp96160_releasedoc.html) states that it contains the following fix:
- Fixes an issue where the customized boot option does not function properly.
Can someone from HP or familiar explain what that means? I am asking because by design the G2 series of Zbook do not support booting from NVme drives. If this fix introduces support for booting from NVme drives, this would be splendid and I can finally upgrade the 256GB Z turbo drive I have.
Regards

The main enhancement provided by the BIOS update seems to be to resolve security vulnerabilities... The BIOS update will NOT support booting from NVME drives if it was not supported already
