Hello!

The warranty check on HP website claims that I have 9 months of warranty left. However, my retailer claims that I have 1 year of warranty and I have a confirming document for that. I live in Ukraine.

So, what is my warranty duration?

Hi:

The warranty should be for one year.

The problem is that for whatever reason, HP starts the warranty clock ticking the minute the PC leaves the assembly plant.

So, the longer the PC sits in a warehouse before it is sold, the less warranty time is left.

You can get the warranty start and end dates adjusted by one of two methods...

1.  Submit an online warranty dispute...see the info at the link below.

2. Contact HP in the Ukraine and speak to a customer services rep.
