Product: Elite dragonfly 9JT81PA
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I am using Elite dragonfly 9JT81PA and usb c mini dock 1PM64AA.

However, my labtop cannot recognize the minidock after installing drivers and firmware.

I wonder there is solution for it.

Are these two instruments not compatible.each other?
