Hello!
I recently bought hp probook 450 g4 with seller warranty. The laptop have one problem that is the internet is not working and it stop working after some time for few seconds and then connects again and thats happens again and again internet speed is also very painfull. As this laptop comes with seller warranty so seller is not interesting in solving my problem, i went to the seller and then he charged me and said that he will claim for warranty. After few days i called him and asked him about warranty then he said that internet problem is solved but i went to collect my laptop and the Laptop was downloading with full speed i thought that the problem is solved but when i come to home the laptop was downloading at full speed but the speed comes to 0 kb/sec after few minutes and then works again. It is not my internet problem as the internet is working fine in other devices. I went to another shop and tell them about this problem they connect my laptop to there wifi and the internet speed was not going above 11 kb/sec but the speed there on other laptop was 5mb. I want to change my wlan card so can you please tell me which wlan card will be compatible with my laptop? My current wlan card is intel dual band ac-7265 and my current driver is 19.60.0

Hello @MUSTAFA5
As far as a new card is concerned...
According to the specs for your Probook 450 G4, the Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 8265 2x2 is also compatible.
But since your PC is a late 2016 model, there will be no white list to control which card you use. So you should be able to install other brands that are also M.2 2230 / 1216.

THANK YOU SO MUCH. I GUESS THERE IS SOME DRIVER ISSUE WITH THIS CARD SO I CAN WAIT FOR FEW MONTHS UNTIL INTEL RELEASE NEW UPDATE OF THIS DRIVE. MY HALF PROBLEM IS SOLVE AFTER THE LAST UPDATE OF THE DRIVER AND I HOPE THAT MINE WHOLE PROBLEM WILL BE SOLVE AFTER THE NEXT UPDATE OF THIS DRIVER. THANKS FOR YOUR RECOMMENDATION. I AM VERY HAPPY FROM THE FORUM OF HP. THANKS AGAIN FOR ANSWERING MY ALL QUESTIONS

I noticed that the driver for your model is actually
19.20.6.1 Rev.P sp78710.exe and not 19.20.0.0
If you have not tried it, I would completely uninstall the current driver from the Device Manger and be sure to check the box for deleting the driver software also.
Restart and then install the download above.
If that still does not work, The only easy "alternative" I can think of is to try an USB Wifi Adapter. I have used them before with no problems.
You have to make sure to disable the internal wifi card first, before installing one.
Good luck.

One other thought...
I was wondering if you used an USB wifi adapter and you still had the same problem, then there would be something else wrong.
Have you tried booting into Safe Mode with Networking to see if you had a stable connection?

no I HAVEN'T TRIED BOOTING IN SAVE MODE TO SEE THE STABLE CONNECTION BUT WHEN THE INTERNET STOPS WORKING ON THIS LAPTOP I ENSURE THAT THE PROBLEM IS WITH NETWORK OR WITH MY LAPTOP AND AT THE SAME TIME IN ORDER TO ENSURE THAT I CONNECT MY PHONE WITH THE WIFI AND EVERY TIME THE INTERNET IS WORKING CORRECTLY ON MY PHONE BUT NOT ON MY LAPTOP. THANKS FOR CONFIRMING THIS I WILL NOW BOOT IN THE SAFE MODE TO SEE THE STABLE CONNECTION I SET MY ADAPTER SETTING TO B/G AND NOT ITS WORKING BUT WITH SLIGHT DISCONNECTION. THANKS Photoray002.

"Windows cannot initialize the device drivers for this hardware.( Code 37)
The request is not supported"
And at resource setting its written
"This device is not using any resources because it has a problem"
Is that normal??

If you started in Safe Mode with Networking, its not normal to have that error.
If its possible you can get a USB wifi adapter, then I would try that.
Here is an example of some on Amazon if you are in the United States...
