Dear HP Customer Support,
I am writing to express my disappointment with HP regarding my laptop. The device broke after only one year of use, and HP is now claiming that I caused the damage. However, I have always used the laptop attentively and never used it in tablet mode to avoid such issues.
According to user comments, this product appears to have a defect, and many customers have reported similar problems. I kindly request that you review my case and repair my device under warranty.
Note: If you find any evidence that I broke my laptop, I will accept your decision. However, you will not find any such evidence because there are no scratches or any signs that the laptop was dropped or subjected to excessive force.
Before purchasing this laptop, I was offered a different brand but chose HP because of your reputed service and support. However, I now feel that you are deceiving your customers. Please address this issue and provide the necessary assistance.
