I have a complaint. I have a HP Envy 7640 all in one printer. My internet went out and I called hp several times over a week to get tech support but no one would assist me. I gave one tech the serial number 4 times as he kept saying that was not the correct serial number ( not true ). Your customer service numbers on google are incorrect. A friend gave me your correct number. I called apple who uninstalled the printer but was not able to locate the printer. After calling hp again the last tech told me my computer does not support my printer and that I should buy a new one. I told him my computer does support the printer and was working fine prior to internet going down. A friend told me to download HP smart and with the assistance of apple support I was able to install my printer and it is working just fine.
Why do we have to speak to people out of the country? Do you train them to not give us support and then tell us we need another printer just to spend money with you? Nonetheless I got support from a friend and apple support no thanks to HP.
