Hello All.
I'm starting this thread because I'm quite frustrated over a common issue when looking up the warranty for one of the laptops I manage. When I type the serial number into the HP warranty look-up page, more often than not, I get a message stating that the page is encountering problems and I'm advised to check back later. When this doesn't occur, I'm finding that all of the serial numbers for ZBook Fury G11 laptops require a machine ID. Finally, when I do contact the HP Rep assigned to the account, he provides me with warranty dates that are different from what I see on the HP Warranty page. Have any of you had these same issues? If so, what did you do to get accurate warranty information from HP?
