I am running Windows 11 on a HP ZBook Fury 16 G9. The computer is very slow and system indicates SSD temperature is above 75 C. I can barely work with this computer and need it fixed.  I already removed dust from the cooling fins and it did not help.

Hello,

Thank you for posting in the HP Support Community.

Please, define the slowness you mentioned ? What is slow, when, how do you notice this ?

Could you download and install the HP UEFI HW diagnostics component v 10.8.5.0

Install on a local partition on the disk and then reboot the Zbook, go to F2 diagnostic mode.

Perform System test -> Extensive test -> Run once

Be patient as it may take up to 1 to 3 hours.

Share the results here.

How to video >> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=14GKIpGPNRM

Eventually, if the tests pass, download and run HP Image Assistant >> https://ftp.ext.hp.com/pub/caps-softpaq/cmit/HPIA.html

Follow the on-screen instruction to install or update all components. Reboot when ready.

Finally, check this article >> here << and consider the steps.
