Product: HP EliteBook 840 G4 Notebook PC

Me gustaría consultar si existe alguna forma oficial o recomendada de controlar manualmente la velocidad del ventilador en mi portátil, no me refiero  a las opciones de la bios  de quiet fan y fan always active, esta ultima ya la tengo activada, me refiero a alguna forma para manejar la velocidad de este manualmente o por lo menos para que este este funcionando a maxima velocidad

There is no official way to control the fan speeds in your laptop. In Windows Power Options you can try setting the System Cooling Policy between active and passive, as described here:

Unofficially, there have been several fan control software in Github (and elsewhere), but they are hit-and-miss, with no guarantee of working with your laptop model and may require some debugging from the user to make them work.
