HP Pavilion 14-ce1507sa Product 6AR21EA, CPU fan starts turns for about 15 seconds then abruptly stop with a screeching sound, then in about 30 seconds repeats the process.
The laptop was one year old July 25, 2020, says out of warranty, the bottoms says it has 3y,3y,0y coverage.
How can I get in touch with someone at HP to discuss this issues?

Please go to HP Support
In case of technically unsolvable problems:
(1) There should be a proof of invoice
(2) HP warranty should be valid
(3) HP support should be contacted
(4) The online warranty date is often wrong (mostly date of manufacture!).
The warranty starts from date of purchase (invoice) !

- If necessary, select your Region / Country: Scroll to bottom of page and click the Flag
