Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

In the HP Elitebook 640 G11 notebook, the Ctrl+Home, Shift+Home, Ctrl+Shift+Home not working. How to fix this? Also want to change the copilot key back to ctrl key. I tried with PowerToys but its not working.

 

Dear support team, don't suggest to use on-screen keyboard. In middle every analysis i could not switch.  I have tried the below options too. No improvement. Since this is my company laptop i could not install any keyboard remapping tool

Hello @Maha_15 
To remap the copilot key- Open Settings> Personalization> Text Input. Look for the option to personalize Copilot key behavior.
