So I couldn’t connect my printer kept saying not set up and called the number for support. This worker tried to scam me outta getting 500 dollars and couldn’t fix the problem. My computer was updated to windows 11. I figured out my printer was registered to windows 10 just had to update my printer and it worked. Support line is trash. Don’t bother calling there useless.

Hi @AlyssaGorman914,
Welcome to HP Support Community,
Thank you for posting your query.
I completely understand how frustrating it must have been to not only deal with the printer issue but also with a support experience that didn’t help. It’s upsetting when you try to get assistance and end up feeling taken advantage of, especially with something as important as your printer. 😔
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience. Your feedback is incredibly valuable, and I can see how important it is to you to have quick and efficient support. We definitely strive to provide the best customer service possible, and it's disheartening to know that we missed the mark in your case.
I’m so glad you were able to figure out the issue and get your printer working again—honestly, that’s a huge relief! 🙌 I’ll make sure to pass along your comments to help improve our service moving forward.
If you ever run into any issues again or need assistance, please feel free to reach out directly to me. We’d love to make it right for you. 😊
Again, thank you for your feedback, and we appreciate your patience and hope to offer better experiences in the future. 🌟
Take care and have a good day.
