Product: HP USB-C G5 Essential Dock
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hello,
Today I encountered a network problem no more working with a Laptop probook HP 450 G5 and Dock G5 Essential.
I did a bios update on laptop (W10 V22H2) and wanted to do the same with Dock firmware , but on dock when update is starting is displaying that dock is not connected.
Dock is unable now to have the ethernet port via USB-c working and update not being able to apply as dock not detected.
To exclude a hardware problem, almost for Ethernet port, i tried on another laptop Elitebook HP 840 G5 (W11 Pro) and with that one ethernet works fine.
so i don't know what happens with Dock update failing , it behave the same from HP840.
