HP USB-C Dock G5

Have you tried power-cycling the monitors once they've been connected to the dock?  Unplug the power cord to the monitor, then plug the power cord back in.

I would then suggest running the HP USB-C Dock G5 Firmware Installer to make sure your dock is up-to-date.
