hello HP

After a fresh installation of windows 10 and installing all the drivers I've had a problem

when downloading the audio drivers everything works fine but the "DTS control panel" doesn't get installed and the mic mute and sound mute button's LED s doesn't light up i have the latest HP hotkey support from my device's drivers in this link https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/hp-probook-450-g3-notebook-pc/7834555
i also downloaded the audio drivers from there too, so please i would like some help asap

if you still have your original disk drive and it's partitions are not damaged, then you can recover to factory conditions using your recovery app

Otherwise you will have to try all the software drivers to see what is missing.   it is likely that when you try to install a driver you are told by windows that a better driver is already installed.  That better driver is newer but is likely not the correct driver.
