Product: ProBook 470 G4

Hello,

although the DVD drive is shown in the divice manager and saying:

"Best driver installed" it still does not start. Once DVD has been inserted,

the left led is shortly flashing and a sound ,can be heard. But  then it stops working.

What can I do?

Was able to solve my problem with the DVD drive.
