Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi everyone! I’m Darshan Hiranandani, having trouble with the fingerprint recognition on my HP ZBook and could use some help. What steps should I take to troubleshoot this issue effectively? Any tips or recommendations on how to identify and fix the problem would be greatly appreciated.

What is your HP ZBook ? Not all HP ZBook machines have fingerprint option. It may have a window but no sensor underneath.
