Hello

 

Recently, my delete key and enter key have become unresponsive for a few minutes and eventually burst back into life (just keep lightly pressing the delete key). 

 

HP keyboard diagnostics pass for these keys but the keys are absolutely fine most of the time. 

 

When the issue occurs, all other keys around these work but it can take several minutes for these two to become responsive again.    Note - I have a bitlocker PIN on boot (Pre-boot PIN) and I have experienced the same issue when attempting to enter my bitlocker PIN - this almost eliminates the OS.   

Is this a known issue - possibly firmware as it has only started to occur in the last month or so and it happens almost daily now?    Model Elitebook 845 G8 with Win11 (22H2).
