Microsoft Windows 11

Hi there - I have a Dell WD22TB4 docking station that has worked fine with my HP Elitebook 860 and my 2x Dell P2722HE monitors (via USB C into the dock). Now all of a sudden i'm getting a code error 43 in device manager with the dock constantly connecting and disconnecting. It works with other laptops. HP elitebook is brand new (less than 6 months) - any suggestions?
