Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi dear forum members,

 

I have a problem that took me a few hours time, but i could not solve it. In Devicemanager i have a Device which will not install.

 

The Hardware ID says:

{DD8E82AE-334B-49A2-AEAE-AEB0FD5C40DD}\DetectionVerification

 

It is shown under Other Devices with an exclamation mark. If i google that HW ID, then i find some solutions which will not work in my case. Users report that installing the Realtek Audiodriver will solve this problem. It didnt in my case. 

 

My operating System:

Windows 10 x64 - 1709 build 16299.785

 

My Notebook:

HP zBook Studio G4

 

Drivers,Firmware, Bios:

Bios is up2date, all Drivers are up2date (updated with Softpaq), Firmware is up2date too.

 

Does anybody have a solution for this?

Does anybody have this problem and can help in any way? I am right clueless what else i can do.
