Envy 17 inch laptop
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm just wondering how many people are having trouble getting information about their order. I ordered a laptop on April 10, 2021 and haven't heard much other than the shipment has been delayed until next month, but I have a feeling it will continue being delayed. I wanted to know if it's possible to file for a refund or return so I can at least get the money back.
