I would like to know how I can solve the problem of my pavilion laptop, since it detects the monitor in Windows, but it does not show an image, the screen remains completely black. I thought for a moment that the docking had a problem, but I connected it to another laptop and the docking worked perfectly. The USB-C port does work well, because it does show an image with another docking that I have.

I have done all the tests in place with the F6 and others. I don't know if there are any drivers missing to install.

Any suggestions.
