Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello.  I bought a HP Model RTL 88528 BE from Costco about 5 months back.  I am trying to connect a a HP USB-C-G5 Essential Docking station .  The laptop does have a USB C port and I connected this to the docking station.  Nothing seems to happen.  The lap top does not even detect any port being connected.   Am I doing something wrong?  I have two monitors that need to be connected and not sure what is the correct docking station for this model fo Lapto

Hi @Surika 

 

That model does not exist, please open HP support Assistant and see the laptop model, not all laptop models have USB-C port compatible with DisplayPort, so if your model is not compatible you cannot see image through that port only for data.

sorry that is not an HP laptop model it is a Realtek wi-fi card model. See this video
