Hello

 

Probook 450 G7 may have an internal SIM card slot ONLY IF it has been built  to support a LTE card.

do you need to buy it or you alread bought the unit ?

 

I ncase you have to buy it , you MUST clearly require a WWAN LTE card installed in the unit. Then you have to open the bottom cover in order to install the SIM.
