Driver for pen

Which driver is needed for HP Active pen G3 on my computer? 

The computer is reinstalled by my company, and now its not possible to use the pen.

So which driver is needed?

I understand that this model does not accept optical pen, did it ever work with an optical pen ? or with a passive pen ?

When i get the computer, it was already reinstalled by my company. No problem to pair the pen with Bluetooth to computer. But the pen doesnt work. The company that sell the computer are sure that HP Active Pen G3 will work on this computer.

Our IT boss think that during the reinstall some drivers are deleted. So which driver is needed for the pen?  There is a lot of drivers to download.....

my understanding is that only X360 models that convert to tablet can use Pen active, one thing you pair by bluetooth another that works.

If your model would accept Pen it would be reflected in the Service Manual, page 24-.
