I just submitted a request to repair my Zbook Studio G8 with accidental damage protection through a care pack.
HP says the motherboard is backordered, with no ETA, and that I may have to wait 1-3 months for the part. I explained that this is unacceptable for a $5,000 laptop, but the agent was not moved by my concerns.
My laptop is currently not working at all. What can I do to get this process expedited?
