Product: EliteBook 840 G6 + E273d
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi,
When the EliteBook 840 G6 enters in power saving mode, the way to wake it up is to disconnect USB-C and connect again, or sometimes open the notebook and use notebook keyboard to wake up. This last method sometimes fails!
I use a HP Keyboarb+Mouse via Wireless, Part Number T6L04AA https://ssl.www8.hp.com/pt/pt/products/oas/product-detail.html?oid=9764615
The RF USB Pen it is connected on the monitor E273D so when notebook & screen enters power saving mode i lose Keyboard+Mouse so i'm not able to wake them uk again using it.
Thanks in advance for you help.
BR,
CL
