Microsoft Windows 11

Product: HP ProBook 450 G5

Operating System: Windows 11 Version 10.0.26200 Build 26200

Hello,

I am requesting the EOSL manual Secure Boot certificate update solution referenced in HP document ish_13070353‑13070429‑16 (“HP Business PCs – Prepare for new Windows Secure Boot certificates”).

My device meets the criteria for the EOSL manual update path:

  • Model: HP ProBook 450 G5 (baseboard 837D)

  • BIOS: Q85 Ver. 01.31.00 Rev.A (latest available, released 2025‑02‑11)

  • OS: Windows 11 Version 10.0.26200 Build 26200

  • TPM: 2.0

  • Secure Boot: enabled and functioning normally

Current certificate state: Windows has applied the Windows UEFI CA 2023 certificate to the UEFI DB, and the boot manager is 2023‑signed. However, the remaining certificates — KEK 2023, Microsoft UEFI CA 2023 (3P), and Option ROM UEFI CA 2023 — are blocked by Windows servicing with Event ID 1802, SkipReason KI_7, which Microsoft identifies as a known HP firmware limitation.

Because the ProBook 450 G5 is outside HP’s supported‑platform BIOS list, no firmware update will resolve this. Therefore, I need the manual EOSL Secure Boot certificate update package and instructions for applying it.

Please provide the EOSL update files and the procedure.

Thank you.
