Product: EliteBook 820 G3
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My EliteBook 820 G3 is not chargiing through hp usb-c/a universal dock g2. All teh other ports and displays are working

I know from users feedback: 820 G3  and G4 do not support charging using USB-C, only from G5. The USB-C on G3 is a basic USB-C port which does not support Alt mode nor Power Delivery
