I have an EliteBook 840 G3, it stopped booting, and whenever I attempt to boot it, it gives a short caps lock light, 2 seconds, another short caps lock light, and then another short one after two seconds, and right after that it goes into a loop of doing 3 long/2 short, and there's also been times it's done 2 long 2 short before 3 long 2 short. I've already filtered out RAM being an issue, I've tried different RAM, different slots, and I even confirmed the RAM works in a different laptop. I've also tried reflashing the BIOS from a USB using Win+B and Win+V, however it doesn't work, the laptop just does the caps lock light loop, and I remember the recovery USB not working either even when the laptop was working (the BIOS would say the file on the USB wasn't found), so I assume HP's utility to make a BIOS USB is broken. What do I do now? Am I just going to have to replace my motherboard at this point?
