HP Recommended

My laptop restart instead of shut down. I try to roll back the bios. But now the laptop is not turning on. When i press power button, all lights blink and Caps Lock lit for 3 secs and the goes off.

The problem is “EliteBook 840 G5 – 1 blink Caps Lock LED at power-on after BIOS update, no POST.” Please help to get rid of this.
