Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

On startup the certain drives mapped on the network disappear. On the second reboot the drives become available.

What is causing this issue? How can I resolve this problem?

Thank you.

That sounds like a network connectivity issue with your servers where the drivers are hosted... to make sure there are no problem locally, i would make sure you hpdate BIOS and drivers on your laptop... Use Hp Image Assistant to help (It does not require installation)

I work for HP. However, all opinions and comments are my own.

The last time I checked all of the drivers are up-to-date. I've used the HP Softpaq to download and update the drivers for this specific model, however, I am still encountering the same issue.

Thank you.
