Tengo un notebook elitebook 840 g7, conectado a dockin hp station g5. pero me da un problema con la tercera pantalla conectada. la tercera pantalla aparece inactiva. realizo las actualizaciones correspondientes del firmware del docking. ademas se realiza el cambio de clableado y aun asi persiste el error.

 

me podrian ayudar por favor.

In general, that depends on the processor. For example, the best processor for these models is: Intel® Core™ i7-10610U Processor

 

Go to the following link and you will see that it supports three displays, but that includes the notebook screen.
