Has anyone else experienced an issue where you have a repeating letter when typing with your keyboard plugged into the HP X360 dock?
We have 3 users who dock their EliteBook X360 and have a keyboard plugged into the dock and while typing, they will hit a letter on the keyboard and it will repeat that letter several times. We have replaced the keyboard and tried different docking procedures. No luck, still happens.

If you are meaning this dock, we saw this issue with the ZBook version of the dock. (Both docks are physically the same, it was just the connecting cable that is different.
The fixes were BIOS, firmware, and drivers updates.
The updates for the x360 can be obtained here. (The "HP Thunderbolt 3 Dock Firmware" listed there will search for multiple firmwares and update them. The dock needs to be connected at the time. Some firmware are only seen with a device is connected. For example, there is a DisplayPort update, but it will only update when a display is connected to the dock.)
