Hi everyone,

I've been lokking for this issue in this forum, but couldn't solve it.
I have an Elitebook x360 1040 G6 and since 3 days, a boot message that the Intel Engine Management firmware is corrupted.

I tried the update from Windows, I tried from the Bios.
It almost worked, it took 10 minutes for the update to be completed, with the step where the Intel Management Engine firmware was updating from 12.0.94.2380 to 12.1.1.1022..., but finally going back to the old actual, bios version, 1.27.00

I still can access to Windows by entering the setup menu, choosing F6 (Intel ME), but with no Audio, and no multi screen...

I tried to change the CMOS battery, but couldn't find it !
I unplugged the battery for 30 min, pished the power button for 60 secondes, etc...

I'm struggling with this issue, and it semms that I'm not the only one.

What can I do ?

Thanks for your help !
