Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

At boot up I get a UEFI disk error indicating "Hard Drive Imminent Failure", if I continue, Operating System boots fine and system storage test in Support Assistant say my drive is fine.  Do I need to get this drive replaced?   have three days of support left on my support care pack...

Error Code: RQD5B3-9Q5B8X-MFGKHF-60DU03  Prod ID: X3U19AV

(1Definite yes !

This error means that the seekread and write operations can no longer be performed reliably due to technical errors.

(2) Backup <all> personal data (documents/pictures/videos etc...) to external <USB hard drive>

(3Recommendation and solution

The hard disk urgently needs to be replaced ! A later access to the hard disk via a M.2-NVMe-to-USB adapter is still possible. However, it cannot be guaranteed that you can access all data.
