Product: EiteOne 800 G6
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

 

I have a problem with HDMI output on All in One PC. Win10 Pro 20H2 didn't detect external display Dell SE2416H and another one Samsung. Both displays and HDMI cables are okay and works properly with another PC.

I've updated BIOS, installed Intel Graphics driver but with no result.

 

Could you advise something ?

Thank you in advance.

 

PS : i have another one brand new EliteOne G6 800. HDMI output doesn't work too.

HDMI port is Input only, we can use this AiO  like monitor, when system turned off. But DP works fine with external display.
