It sure does. As did its predecessor 650G8. The USB-C port supports Power Delivery. In fact, you can take a look at the power adapters that are shipped with this laptop on pages 32-35 of the 650G9 datasheet. They can be 45W or 65W USB-C or standard barrel chargers. Fast charging the battery needs a 65W charger (either USB or blue tip, doesn't matter). From personal experience however, two 6xxG8s and one 650G9 I got came with the USB-C chargers.
