Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Dont detect any usb ports or nic.  Does the elitebook have a thunderbolt port?  or is there any setup in BIOS i need to change?

HI Jstubmo.

 

I work with a 650 G9, and they all have "1 Thunderbolt™ 4 with USB4™ Type-C® 40Gbps signaling rate (USB Power Delivery, DisplayPort™ 1.4)" on their right side. There is also an appropriate setting in the BIOS. Check the latest HP PC Commercial BIOS (UEFI) Setup document (which covers the 650 G9/G10 models) for details....
