Product: HP USB-C Dock G5
Hi all,
I had purchased a G5 essential Dock for my work laptop (Elitebook 840 G6) so i could be able to use 3x dell monitors. 2 of them being 2x Dell U2719D and 1x p272ed3. No matter what i do it simply will go to the native 2560x1440 @ 60hz
one monitor is goes to native resolution one monitor goes to 1080p and drops to 24hz refresh rate and the last monitor will go no higher than 720x 5xx
Here the following ive done to T-Shoot
- Updated both firmware on laptop and docking station
- Tried different cables
