Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, 

 

Looking for advice on further TS methods for resolving this mic issue, any help is much appreciated.

Issue:

-Internal mic does not recognize any input from the user on any videocall sw used. 
-Internal mic in win 10 sound settings shows at 100% max level
-Call participants can't hear user

Steps to recreate:

1. Join videocall
2. Enable mic
3. Try to speak

Any error messages & details:
-Videocall sw ex. Google Meet, "Your mic is not recognized"

TS Methods Tried:

-Rebooted multiple times
-Installed latest 840 G9 sound driver
-Other external mics work
-Fails using Slack and Google Meet calls
-Tried different browsers for calls ex. Firefox 
-Ran sfc /scannow and chkdsk utility
