1. BT sound problem got fixed after recent BT drivers update.

2. Cursor problem is still there, but i notice that it is only on internal screen, once i connect laptop to my external screen problem disapear and mouse cursor works smoth as it should.

I have the exact same problem as you with the curosur, but on a Elitebook 645 G10. Did you get any help?  It is unbelievable frustrating and I also got a new computer from my company (same model) to se if the problem was with the unit I had, but the problem was also on the new computer. The problem only occurs on the internal display as for you, so I think there may be a problem with the display?

No help for now, i need laptop for work so can`t afford to send it to service. Only tried by myself the factory reset, difrent bios setting, uninstal some hp programs and drivers ... but so far nothing is working.

If you will find some solusions will be grateful for sharing.
