Yapp, i did this few minute ago.  But when i remove the battery again that problem i face. Is there any permanent solution?

Don't touch the battery and you'll be fine. I don't know how to fix that. So you should let a specialist to find the cause.

Flashing Charge Light Amber/Whit by Elitebook Folio 9470m... try disconnecting the keyboard from the mother board and plug in the power again it as worked for me..

because it might be a power problem
