Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Elitebook I7 64 when power off, USB still has power. how do you set config to turn off power to USB ports.  Win 10.

Turn off fast book does not help - any suggestion appreciated.

Nearly all machines now have at least one USB port which allows users to charge mobile devices (phones, tablets) when machines are on sleep mode or off. Please try

On Microsoft forum, they say we can't do that
