Hi, I have an HP Elitebook x360 1040 g6. My problem is:
- First, I'm having trouble with both Type-C ports. Suddenly, it won't read the data cable or charger cable. But the laptop is still on because it still has 50% battery. Then I tried checking the device manager, and there was an exclamation mark next to the device = UCM-UCSI ACPI Device. Then I immediately thought it might be a driver issue. I've tried several options online, but to no avail.
- Second, the problem reappeared after my battery ran out. Now my laptop is completely dead because it can't be charged via the Type-C port. I've also tried several methods online, such as resetting the power button for 50 seconds, removing the battery to drain power, etc., but to no avail. So, please help, I'm almost giving up. Does anyone have the same problem? Or perhaps a solution to my problem? Thank you very much in advance 🙏🏼
