Hi, I have a HP Elitebook x360 830 g8 that will not boot properly. When the laptop is turned off, the caps lock light is on and occasionally flickers twice. Trying to hard reset doesn't seem to do anything, and leaving as it is seems to be the best option.

When left alone, after some time the f5 and f8 let lights turn on with the keyboard backlight and fans. At this point I don't know what to do, but leaving it alone doesn't seem to do anything.

However, if the screen also turns on with the function keys then it will try to boot, but will have a IME framework(?) error, then when I press continue the laptop trys to boot again, and will sometimes turn on but usually it will go back to stage 1 (with the caps lock light)

How could I fix this permanently or even just a surefire way to turn the laptop on?
