My HP Elite book is not getting started I am really facing this challenge and don't know how to contact a Direct customer care of HP

Hello.

 

Does your laptop produce anything on the display when you turn it on?

Is your laptop connected to power supply?

Do any LED lights blink or turn on when you turn on your computer?

 

HP has phone support in many countries, but you didn't specify where you live. Can't help you really.

 

HP also hides their phone numbers to save money. You need to register the device on HP website and only then the phone number may be shown.
