Is there an way to contact a "real" HP contact by email?

 

on homepage and HP support assistant app, I can not find anything to contact them. I faced a endless and meaningless click-hellgate. As I remember correctly, it was not like this even last year. 

 

What's going on to them?

If  not in warranty the rep may or may not help.  Depends on the policy in your country and how the rep feels.  To activate windows 7 for free on an old system I went through 3 microsoft reps.

 

use google translate and post problem here if out of warranty

You need to visit https://support.hp.com/de-de/contact

and enter the Serial Number (S/N) of your device to see the support options.

 

You might also login with HP account.

 

The process is relatively quick, takes less than 2-3 minutes.

 

Based on the SN of the device, you will see support options such as telephone, web chat, WhatsApp, online ticket creation, etc

 

Once you have a case ID created, you can then communicate with HP via email, phone, etc. You will receive an email with the ticket ID and after that you can Reply or Reply All to the mail chain. The team/agent/engineer assigned on the case will receive your email(s).
