My device model: HP ZBook 17 G6 Base Model Mobile Workstation
I need to play 3 different Virtual Machines on my Notebook. I use VMware Workstation 15. for having a better speed, it is recommended to Enable Virtualization Bios.

This article does not work on my notebook.
what is the solution?

that advisory seems to be pretty old (although i don't see a date on it)... note that there is a bios simulator on the hp support pages - https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-zbook-17-g6-mobile-workstation/22892902/manuals.
enter the bios (f10) at boot, and go to advanced menu, then you will see the VTx an VTd instructions under the System Options menu
